I had to make dinner the other night. I was tired and didn't want to fuss. So I threw rice into the steamer. I sliced up a sirloin (actually DS the butcher apprentice did that part) and threw it into the wok with some sesame oil, let it cook for a couple minutes, then threw in some stir fry veggies that I had run under water to get the "ice" off. Cooked it all on medium high for a couple more minutes, added some Kikomen stir fry sauce, stir for about 15 seconds, and done!

It was easy and quick to make and clean up, and we had more than enough for dinner for three for under $10.

Know what else makes a good sauce on something like this? Try about 1/3 cup hoisen sauce mixed with 1/2 cup orange marmalade, mixed in with veggies. Fantastic together!
