I Read too many negative posts on here about CM's. well I would like to write one about this fantastic CM that did my reservation today. I luckily came home for lunch today and found out that Sept AP rates came out today. When I called i had a half hour of lunch left so i took a chance and called .After only a 3 minute wait, I talked to this great CM named Jeanie Marie. I had an exisiting 9 night AAA rate at POFQ, but when i saw THAT AKL OR WL would only cost $20 a night more and could only hope some nights were left. The last time AP rates came out I didn't find out until 6o'clock that night andf of cource after 15-20 minute wait on phone things were slim pickings. Anyways Jeanie marie did my reservation and information in less then 10 minutes and in fact I let her pick the resort for me (were going to AKL $129 a night). She was friendly , curtious and answered every question. So I would like to thank jeanie Marie for making my day!!
