I know in college I had a few girlfriends who had a learning disability and they were accommodated with certain things (more time to finish tests for example), maybe they don't do this in law school? maybe learning disabilities aren't addressed and that is why he didn't struggle AS MUCH in college and high school?

I was just going to say the same thing. It could be that as an undergrad, he was given extra time on tests, etc. But in law school, they may not allow that. And yes, he is cute!

Depends on the law school but I know where I went there were some that were allowed extra accomodations if they needed...I also know that he had to have taken the LSATs to get into law school and he obviously did well enough on that to gain entrance into a law school. Sounds like he couldn't hack it and the learning disability is allowing him to save face on TV...

Processing. He mentioned that he has to reread at least 3 times before he can begin to comprehend. He may have had to study extra hard, but with the huge load of reading in beginning law he may really be strugling with the time to read mulitple times so that his comprehension is assured.

I thought it was something like that as well. I don't like how they are blaming professors and the school for the situation though. I know in undergrad, there may be more resources and accommodations, but grad school may not. I know people who received services during the first four years of school, but the licensure exams would not do that so the grad schools had to prepare the students for that.

I think Albie should have maybe taken a smaller load of classes, tutoring or done something else long before getting a 1.9 GPA. That is a hard uphill battle to bring up his GPA while course load is getting more complex.

First year of law school is a set number of credits and mandatory classes. Everybody has to take the same thing.

And the course load gets significantly lighter in the last two years, and the classes get significantly easier.

The school he goes to is Fordham in Manhattan.

No its not, MAH4546, that is where he got his undergrad. He attends Seton Hall Law on a PART-TIME basis. He did not get accepted into the fulltime program. He was to maintain a certain gpa at SHLaw to have qualified for fulltime status. He did not and was asked to leave. His scores upon applying only warranted part-time. Seton Hall Law has the part time program set up for those who don't quite make the full-time requirements. The req's (LSAT's and undergrad gpa) to get into their part-time Law School are less than the full-time program.

I find it so ridiculous that Danielle brings a body guard with her to a fashion show. She is so over the top. Her facial expressions are so awful, I don't know how anyone could find her attractive in any way.

And Kim G....she needs to wear MORE clothes. Her skirt was SOOOOO short she looked so bizarre. She looks like she is trying to dress like she is 20 and she just makes herself look OLD!

Not sure if this has been mentioned or not before, so I apologize if this is a repeat. But this show is (was) not Dina's first time in the reality tv world. She appeared on some show titled My Big Fat Italian Wedding. I think that's what it was called? Watching the clips made me think even more that these women are in this to promote themselves (of course) and the Brownstone.

Caroline was right-they played right into Danielles victim role! I find Danielle has no redeeming qualities but Theresa instigated the entire event. Once Theresa started it, that was Danielle's key to totally play the victim. Ashley..ugh.. so immature, too. Love that Jacquelines husband is putting Ashley in her place! I started out not liking Caroline but I now like her the most. She has the most common sense, by far.

IDK why Teresa said ANYTHING to Danielle, clearly she was in it to start trouble and the fact that she was bragging about it to her hubby only made it worse. Great role model for your kiddos. I'm all for standing up for yourself, but to actually be the one starting trouble....no.

I'm late to this party, but felt the need to chime in on this episode.

All I kept thinking was that if the Posche lady (Kim) was a member of that CC, she would be the one getting the nasty letter from it about the guests she invited. She could have her membership revoke because of this group. I wonder how the other members felt when they saw or heard about what happened.

That Ashley needs Jacqueline's DH to be the hammer right now. She's got a lot of growing up to do.

J & T were on Watch What Happens and were playing the innocents. The three of them were at fault, but T was right. When someone stands up to her, D runs away. She's brought so much of this on herself. How could the money she makes on this show be worth it to put yourself into these situations? Oh, forgot, she's psychotic. I'd love to see a special with just D and Kelly from NYC. They are born from the same mold.

So, did they say that *eight* police cars showed up at the country club? I'm thinking if that's true, someone else had to have called the police besides Danielle. Maybe 2 or 3, but 8?

I grew up in Wayne, and went to HS with some of the police that are on the job there now...would love to know what they think about it all, lol!
