The trend is over....I have Crocs. They are no longer cool...I have and am currently wearing Crocs. I actually got some Crocs on Tuesday night and I wore them all day yesterday. To quote LaLa, "Mama likes"

MommyP I owe you a personal apology. I am so sorry that your have all of that money invested in Crocs and that they are no longer cool. Maybe you could sell them on eBay real quick, before evey notices that I am wearing Crocs and they are no longer cool.

Well, see now. I don't read/speak french! I have no use for that language here. I live in northern Cuba you know. Only spanish is spoken here, in many different forms.

Yeah, the religion thing is also something that "gets" me. "Everyone" speaks about the catholics as if we are the most narrow-minded etc people. I watched some Sex and the Cuty episodes yesterday, and in one of them, Miranda also goes on and on and on about some catholic lover she had. (I know it's fiction, but it shows somehow how people think)

I'm Catholic, because at some point in my life (2 months after I was born), my parents decided to have me baptized (is that how you say it?) It's not because of that that i'm narrowminded. I'm not against any form of birth control, i'm not against gay or gay weddings or adoption by gays, I'm not against abortion, etc etc etc. Heck, I collect rich lovers!

Argh, I spend too much time on these boards... I need a life... or a vacation...

As an aside: Whenever my niece (who will be joining in on the Maelstrom mayhem this fall) gets melodramatic, one of the loving adults in her life will say, "Tonight, on a very special episode of Blossom..." in a wayyyy serious tone of voice. We crack ourselves up...her notsomuch. Maybe because she's never heard of Blossom?

You guys made my trip report, too...and Lilli is still talking about how, "completely sweet and adorable that little Wesley is." She may be older than him by about 4 years, but she's smitten nonetheless.

Which reminds me...I've gotta get goin' on my TR again. Happy, happy, joy, joy!

How funny...I took four years of German as well. It was the only thing left when I went to register. Sooo...I stuck with it.
They offered Latin, Japanses, French, Spanish....but they were full.

The day I finally decide to come on all I get is that server busy thing. And I can't get in the other place either. Any way I just got back from getting my car checked or should I say not checked. They said it is to cool today to check the air conditioning come back when it is hot again......That took them over an hour to tell me that. Tomorrow it will be hot again and then they will say sorry we only have appointments for cool cloudy days.
