Reading, seeing and hearing

Thanks for the comments everyone.

I am sure that all you trip writers/posters would agree, that when you write you also write for yourself and it can sooth when it needs to. A piece of who you are is transformed into words that create a magical dimension. A place where the reader can connect to your world if they wish to. A place that can offer the reader a safe place to hide, play, love, laugh, cry.

One of lifes natural highs.

I love you all, and no, I do not want your Bud Light but if you have Dirty Martinis, I will take those. I know it is early but My oldest daughter turned 18 today and I am a little choked up. Any way,
I found this picture and with out a doubt, it has to be somebody on this thread. Fess up!

Thanks to a certain someone for clueing me in on the TTRS thing...and is how true. ISRIBSBTCDMA I'm sure no one will get that, but oh well. I do. hehe.

So last night I started thinking...is there anyway I can split my stay between POR and Poly in Sept. Can you do that with the free dining? It would take A LOT to convince Chad to go along with that...I think. I have my ways. ;) Plus I already figured it out...how much more it would be. If I put my babysitting money aside for 3 months it would pay for the increase. I'll remind him of how nice it was sitting at a table enjoying the quiet, view and drinks, and how nice it would be to watch the kids playing in the sand while drinking said drinks at said table.

So I just have to find out if you can split your stay.

I started doing lesson plans this morning. We don't have summer break. We took our break in the winter, because in the summer we're stuck inside because of the heat, so we'll school then. So as soon as Jeremiah finishes up his math and phonics we'll be started 1st grade and Seth with be starting K. Thank goodness he(seth) is FINALLY showing interest in learning. In fact today he did his first handwriting page. Tracing lines and circles. He was SO excited...which is more than I can say for Jeremiah, who's been doing phonics for like the last hour.

Anyhoo, that's about it for me...I might work on another chapter on my TR. If you haven't read it yet, please do so because TTRS .

:teeth:

PMM - You haven't replyed on my TR yet! Even a "you suck" is better than no replys. I think...

I missed the flippin meeting. :guilty:

I'm always a day late and a dollar short

AND I found out that I have to buy 5 more 1 day tickets in order to do a split stay. :guilty:

I missed it to
I was just there..I saw you in there MommyP

Morning shout out to every one!!!

I hate this weather...I kid you not I look like a flippin poodle.
Arrrghhhh.

p.s. I did not get all my homework done. I am a bad bad girl. I now have to do it before class. Maybe.

Hey Peeps.

I won't even try to do shoutouts cause when I do I always leave somebody out. So from now on, I think I will just say...

BORG...................................(((((((((((((((((((((SLAP))))))))))))))))))))))))

Since ZZUB has me on super double triple permanent Ignore or some other equally infantile phrase he came up with, I took the opportunity to change my siggie. Man, it's a good thing he can't see it. He'd pull a ZZUB for sure.

Hoop There It Is, YOU ROCK! I LOVED that poem. Tell me you didn't make that up all by yourself. Did you? That's awesome.

Okay, after getting seriously ticked off beyond words last night at The Weather Channel and the obvious attempt they'll soon be making to lobby for a new national holiday called Hurricane Season Kickoff, I got up and went to the computer for some laughs.

As if I didn't get enough yesterday.

I sat there and listened to Don Henley and reread a few posts and laughed so loud I woke up DH. Who was sleeping. On the other end of the house behind a closed door. I woke up the kids. And the neighbor down the street. And Chappie in Georgia.

BTW Chappie, 7/11. Today. Noonish in the South. Meet me at the tin cans. My treat. I'll even throw in a half gallon sized cup of pipin' hot first rate instant cappuccino. It is, after all, only a buck. I think I can afford that for now. Good thing ZZUB can't read this. Wouldn't want him crashin' the party. I don't think he fully appreciated the Chinese Chicken Meal I bought for him yesterday. And Ungratefulness is not a fastpass. So anyway, be there or be square. We'll talk about that job offer. Undalay Undalay EEEEba EEEEEba

Can you believe I had one due the first day of class (Tuesday), yesterday, today, and TWO tomorrow. Plus I had to do online discussion posts. Every day!!!! Plus go to my other class and do the homework there. Plus I have a test in there on Tuesday!!!!

Yep, still gotta have DIS time... cause we've got a honeymoon to plan!! (NO, not for ME and Pongo... it's just that I'm her newly established Disney honeymoon coordinator... at least, I like to think so... it makes me feel special!)

Hey all, I'm here to "whine" a little :(

I visited the US a couple of times, usually stayed long, and always spent huge amounts of money in the country (that's why Mel thinks I'm rich... I guess)
Most of the time, I felt rather welcome in the US. After readin a thread here, I'm not so sure I'm that welcome in the US as I thought I was. And that makes me sad :(

Awww poor you. I love Europe and Europeans, and the great love of my life was a Dane, who lived outside of Zurich. I lived there for a year... You are more than welcome. And I loved your witty rapartee. I am going to hunt down that thread. Is it called "Who else hates Europe?" Let me at em , let me at em.....

I also want to say, that we are welcoming, but there is not room at the inn for everyone. I am sorry I can not invite everyone to my soiree. Really I am. It is just impossible. I am not being exclusive or cliquish. I hope folks understand.....

and so to those of you that know me best......GSPMTTRSTTLALTNME PU

BTW, I am terrible at surprises. Luckily I can keep them for 10.5 hours. And for the record. I deliver on my promises. And I love pineapple juice.

Aw. I'm sorry...it wasn't here on this board was it? I wouldn't put too much thought into things you read here. We always enjoy people from the UK surrounding area, i.e. all of Europe. We love your accents, manners, the words you use differently, and as long as you keep your clothes on at the water parks and use the changing rooms....JK JK JK. Just teasing!

;)

Besides who here doesn't love belgum waffles!

Don't be sad! :sunny: I don't care where you're from as long as you love Disney, and, while there, can refrain from plastering your body to mine! (See my TR, if you don't know what I mean!)

Actually, I love all the Brits at WDW... enjoy hearing them talk. (They probably are falling down laughing at the way WE talk!)

The Brazilian groups are sometimes annoying, but then, so are large groups of American teenagers. I don't think it has anything to do with their nationality!

What I DON'T like is when foreigners pretend they don't understand certain things. Like, when told by a CM to "move all the way to the end of the row", they say they don't understand. And then laugh and talk about it (in English), after my family has had to crawl over them. :furious: But again, that could just as easily happen with any nationality~including Americans.

Basically, I don't care for rude people who try to cut in front of me in line, or otherwise manipulate situations for their advantage (at MY expense), or who plaster their bodies to mine. Doesn't matter WHERE they're from!!!
