They meant between 11 and 4AM. I know because I used to be a Special Bat Guy and we could only do our work when it is pitch black because we have to use a special sonar detecting device which picks up the bats signal. During the daylight hours the bats signal is the weakest and it is more difficult to detect the critter. Let me know if I could be of further assistance.

LOU!!!! I need you. I can't find your countdown ticker thing, so I have a lame ticker factory one. I have the link that you gave us (and I included in The Classics) but all it got me was the countdown clock on my desktop. How do I translate that to a ticker for here? (And before any of you geniuses say it, it is not possible to right-click what I have and copy the properties. I tried.) (And, sorry Lou, but I would take the answer for this one from anyone, not just Lou.)

Grammy, I may have bats in my belfry too and I have wondered if my elevator goes all the way to the top.

I haven't hired a bat guy but my friend called a squirrel guy once and she said it was the freakiest thing she ever saw. Big mess.

Well, we're back from the doctor... can you believe it? Strep throat AGAIN. He just finished taking the medicine on Monday. So now we're on to another medicine. Hope this one works. And I hope we don't get it. Cause it's too late to cancel our room reservation!!

Went to Kroger to get his meds, and asked him what he'd like to eat. Have I trained this child well?? He said, "Fruit, mommy. Candy isn't good for me when I'm sick." (I didn't ask him if he wanted anything in particular... like, Do you want some candy... just asked him in general what he'd like to have.) I feel like I did something right in The Life of Mommy.

So he got fruit, and I got Pringles. They were on sale for $1. And Pringles are most definitely a FastPass... to a bigger behind. Because, you know, you can look at that huge bag of chips and say, I really should not eat all of these. But with this Pringles can... it's hard to stop. I mean, who REALLY counts out 15 chips at a time to eat? And I don't even eat chips normally!

And...I got all 6. Go me!

I actually diagnosed DS12's appendicitis 2 years ago and took him to the ER with reading material and overnight bags for both of us. The doctors were flummoxed and only spent five hours confirming my diagnosis while my sweet A writhed in pain.

Oh, my dad's an MD so I do love those people. I just love Google more.

I'll stop and say a prayer that the miracle of modern antibiotics REALLY cures little Wesley this time...and quick!

Thanks Jamal, could've saved myself a $30 copay!! But do you write prescriptions?? We wondered... but he keeps saying his throat doesn't hurt this time. And he told me last night it hurt when he peed. (They checked that, too.)

Actually, no, Wesley was named for Mark's grandfather. Who wasn't even Methodist! His middle name is Ross. After my dad.

Oh...and....HEY SNAP!!! We've missed you! Oh so much!!! Bunches and bunches!!! And I still haven't gotten to you in my TR!!!! But I'm getting there...I think...
