My DH just informed me that he had heard about this on NPR and 'they' said that it is supposed to be a recreation of the Belagio Fountain in Vegas.

I'm gonna get a CM to transform him from the anti-Disney in July.

That sounds like it might hurt. Do they abide by the Geneva Convention?

Thanks kids, oh-so-very-much for the anniversary well wishes!! Really and truly appreciated. Love you all and I mean it!!!!!

So, for those that wanted to know our celebratory plans. I managed to finagle it out of him. Cause I can be that way. Like a dog with a bone. If it’s something I want. Or want to know.

Apparently romance abounds in the Sheridac household, on both ends of the spectrum, as it were.

We will be (Mr. Sheridac’s idea) dining at the restaurant that we celebrated our first wedding anniversary at. It’s a lovely inn on a picturesque lake in a village not far from where we live.

I can hear you all now, the collective aaaaawwwww’s. Yes, he is a sweetie.

Preceding this (Mrs. Sheridac’s idea) will be Mass at the church where we were married. We are no longer parishioners of this Church, but this is a sentimental occasion. I know our own priest will not mind!!

A second round of aaaaaawwwwww’s.

I will try to get a picture of the happy couple as many of you have requested. But there will be no trip report on this one folks. FF and all!

PS~ yes, I did buy my own gift. I love my solitaire Tahitian pearl that I got myself for Mother’s Day so much, I decided I needed a strand!!! I am a GREAT gift giver!!!!
