Yes I am FINALLY back from...GNC, Grocery Store #1, Gordon Food Service, and Grocery Store #2. They are all in the same area so it's not like I was running all around town. GS#1 didn't have any banana's and I don't like their meat so we had to go to GS#2 for a few things and to order the BIG SURPRISE Birthday cake for Sat. FIL's 65th...can't make light of that. I still do not know what we are feeding people, but the cake is ordered. I have my priorities!

Just made a gigantor pot o' chili...gonna have it over tortilla chips with some shredded cheese. YUM!

Thanks NM and Shel - I really love the open, airy feeling of the Grand Floridian and we were planning on staying there again (plus the Monorail and that Magic-Kingdomy feeling, thanks, NM!) - but we were also struggling with the urge to stay someplace we hadn't stayed yet, and since DH's favorite place is Epcot (while mine is MK), I started playing around with Epcot resorts, and really liked the overall feel of the Beach Club. A little more like GF, just not as fancy schmancy. So I thought it'd be a good compromise. I'm psyched about the 5 min walk to my favorite part of Epcot, and thanks for the tip on after Fantasmic, Shel!
