Isn't President's Day in February?

My twins turn 5 the day before Valentine's Day. I am trying to figure out a way to take them for their birthday (which they always have to share so I figure they are due a little extra magic) that does not involve turning to a life of crime..... or causing my husband to have me treated because he already thinks I have been brainwashed by the DIS.......

MY BAD...yes President's Day IS in Feb...I was thinking MLK day...that is the Monday of this week...so crowds will be real thin Tues-Sat!!!!

Grammy is camping at Fort Wilderness for 2 months.

(which by the way is a GREAT idea!)

An ODE to January in Orlando:

Dateline: January 2000 (or was it 1998? or 1999?)

Occasion: A golf cart trip for lunch to the cast cafeteria at Port Orleans, by way of the LBV Golf Course. 5 of us crammed on the cart. Leaving from the Disney Institute (RIP!!!!!)

The sky was bright blue and sunny, temp around 80, a wonderful day to be around.

Conversations went something like this: How lucky are we to be living here and working at DIsney and riding a golf cart over a golf cart to lunch!! It doesn't get any better than this!

Well, that was a lot of years ago, LOL, havent had a day like that since (golf cart anyway), but lots of fine weather.
But then again you can get freezing weather too, you just never know.

But to all those going, I wish the greatest weather for you (and me, since I'll be around anyway, in some fashion)

A couple hours ago, we had one huge boom of thunder that made the dog nervous, but it just drizzled a little and that was all.

I'll go check out Lacto's report to see Dre's hair color.

I guess our fantasy this week is that we're all a bunch of detectives trying to solve a whoisit, rather than a whodunit!!!
