I got the attitude last night when I asked DS a question – official answer – "Duh!" – I want my sweet little boy back

I wish I joined this thread/fun sooner....

I will wake up tomorrow as the mother of a.... *sniff.... adult!!

Yes, my baby turns 21 tomorrow... and I have an 18yr old, both have hearing losses, and I"ve advocated, and fought for them for a long time...(long stories) the short side is on Sat I have to take them to college, they are both leaving me.... my dh left me Wed... we are adult Boy Scout Leaders, he's camping and training new adults in woodbadge course... so I'm alone to deal with it.

Someone had to mention that DS will get his driving permit next year
His answer to DF - "When are you going to teach me to drive with my knee"


BTW – DS has ADD so I’ve been the on fight for the kiddo too for a long time - school starts again next week – fun will be had by all

We also had the same experience. 12 Kids invited, 3 showed up! At a expensive Jumpy place too! Disney...all the way for B-days!

4) Dre changed the meeting dates till a time to be determined by her

6) Illuminations was canceled until further notice
7) Everyone is eating at the Noodle Terrace buffet
8) Clothing is Optional
9) Norway is closed for renovations

Well,

My baby is off for his first day of class! What a hoot!

He walks in, hangs up his backpack, immediately picks out the green playdoh, makes a new friend named Blake, tells me to remind his teacher that I am picking him up today, "Oh and don't forget to tell her mom that you are taking me out for Ice Cream!" And then promptly dismisses me! (All this in like 5 minutes!)

I don't think he's going to have a problem with it do you?
