I must confess. I did not take the picture. It was taken by Lacto on our last trip there in 2003.

I love the picture though and can't wait to go back and see it live and in "person".

Silly me just checked work email for almost the last time.

Had a message to update insurance forms for next year with license numbers for all people driving company cars, and a bunch of other stuff, by 9/15.

Now this stuff is seriously not fun stuff, a royal ROYAL ROYAL PAIN and very time consuming.

So, here is what I wrote back (in essence):

Dear Rose, so sorry, I will be out of the country until 9/27. Here are the names of people to help you:
Collegue of other hotel who does not work for my hotel
Boss who did this last year but just transferred
My associate who never did this before

Hopefully among them they can help you.

I take for granded the peanut free sometimes. We have alot of peanut free stuff. Chocolate bars, ice cream. Alot of our schools are peanut free. Ours been one of them.
