Just of the last little while

So here goes.

Chappie went on a trip to New Mexico.
Horsey missed him a lot.
I missed him too and so did La La and Mel and Pongo and lots of other people.
He came back.

Other stuff happened in there but I don’t remember it much.

GeorgiaCat went to the beach.
We were treated to a mini trippie from her.
Her husband said some famous last words and popped out his knee (knee, right?)
Looked like surgery was going to be in order, but as it turns out he should be able to heal if he just keeps off of it.

I think Z may have made a guest post. Maybe not. Z is AKA Oz Zzubie and J??? also a few other choice names I will not repeat.

LaLa went to the beach too.
No major injuries.
I have heard that she also wrote up a beach trip report.
Lots of cheerleaders.

Horsey posted ‘The Joker’

Pongo used to go to Panama City every year.

There was a long conversation about “Redneck Riviera”
It turns out everyone was right about that. According to Chappie.*

Jamal attempted a shout out because Sheridac slept in.
nicolemarie will not attempt a shout out.

I think nm went to the beach too. Hilton Head, even.

Rhonda has red neck relations in Bacon County.

Chappie likes cowbell.

Where has sheridac been? Blogging.

Mel got locked, again.

Z left the DIS, no wait he didn’t. Maybe it was a rumor, maybe he changed his mind. He is back, I think. Sort of. Not sure.

Yak got sheridac and Pooh confused, easily done. Apparently sheridac does not DO bathrooms.

Yak shared some good advice with us, "Nevher, evher, let the help go"

La La keeps hearing Van Halen in her head.

It turns out GeorgiaCat is NOT a native Georgian. All I can say is Wow.

NAB is out official page turner. But I think she got canned by Pooh.

Mel had a birthday. 26 days after Victoria day.

Pongo started a blog. So did a bunch of other people.

Pooh cleans all five of her toilets every other day. No wonder she picked Pooh for a screen name.

Tink had gum for lunch, I see why she is so tiny now.

spectro-turbo picked up on my use of the word ‘pop’ (coke is the correct term, it seems, at least in Texas).

sheridac was bit by the blog bug. I think she will be ok though. Also it is my fault.

Sid is apparently a Ninja and killed sheridac, more than once, even.

sheridac put Oz on ignore, but she kept talking to him anyway. Typical.

Shelby likes the firehouse guys. I am not so sure about back row, center.

javamom made her ADR’s for December. Looks yummy.

ed stopped by to show us some new smiles. I still have not seen HIM smile.

darrylpan came by in his spandex suit. Of course sheridac had something to do with that.

Lou did not send Ed a velvet clown PM. Also he does not blog, which is a true shame.

Grammy celebrated her birthday with us.

sheridac posted a morning shout out at 4:15am.

Donna is posting us a link to the riddle, which I love because I do not have to go looking out in the big wide open for it. Dangerous waters out there, aren’t they MommyP?

Jamal declared Grammy’s birthday a holiday.

Donna spent an unhealthy amount of time watching the clown Lou posted.
Chappie was freaked out by the clown.

MommyP is going to the beach. What is it with you people and the beach?

Mark updated his trippie. There, not here.

SNAP stopped by for a second. Hi SNAP.

Pongo bought a bag. Again. Haley like.

Mark, Rhonda, Joe, and Amy are the fantastic four in their spare time.

NAB is going to the zoo. I thought we were the zoo.

Tink is doing a TR. I’ll be right there.

It is Java’s birthday.

We could do this nicely (and say what WE think WE should be) or dangerously (wherein the next person answering has to venture a guess for what the previous person was, i.e. the first person guessing would have to say what zoo animal I am.)

Mr KPK and I will be celebrating our anniversary this weekend. Seems like we have a bunch of June brides in our maelstrom bunch? Anniversary celebration immediately followed by birthday celebration.

Awesome Haley! Do you take notes, or have a really good memory? We people go to the beach because it's fun? Well, when you live in FL, and it's a seven hour drive to just get OUT of the state....you have to find things to do in FL. What is there to do in FL? Go to WDW, or go to the beach. Since we are 45 minutes from the gulf or 2 hours from the Atlantic and our FL Res. Sesonals aren't good during summer, it's the beach. Since everything near us on the gulf coast was overpriced and they didn't accept my measly Priceline big, it's the Atlantic for us. Singer Island, in West Palm Beach. Hopefully it's a nice place. I'm excited. Hopefully DH wisely leaves his skin board behind.

I'm not sure I understand your game GaCat. I think I really am that dumb.

Yeah lots of Anniversarys. Our isn't June, but July 3.

My B-day, BTW, is May 25. Pooh. Got that?

AMY!! We are borg; no news there. I thought the same thing about the zoo animal thing, except I am NOT an animal person. Shhh. Don't tell because there are a BUNCH of animal (horse, dog, cat, clown, ferret) fans on here.

So IF we play game #2, as at least you and I are at this point, I would like to be the Gift Shop Owner. I will stock whaever you like. Pongo, I invite you to be the Buyer for the shop. I will keep order and run off the riff-raff. I MUST have air-conditioning.

Funny, MG, I was actually ON his blog when it disappeared. I was reading about how someone tried to access his photobucket account, then went to post a comment and **poof** the URL was gone. But, given how private he is, the response does not surprise me. I shall truly miss him, if this means that he has gone completely into lurkdom or is moving (or removing) himself entirely.

I think on the actor/actress I always think it should be a combo of the looks and personality, but more the personality, since Hollywood can do amazing things with color and makeup!

MP - How the animal game would work is that the next person playing would say what the previous person was, so what zoo animal do I think you are? A lioness. Because they have large families and are diligent about protecting their young, which are the traits/qualities that come to mind when I think of you. (And they're beautiful creatures too!) Although the kangaroo comes a close second, because they keep their young "at home" with them in their pocket!
