As one of the above, I deem myself a "secretary". Much shorter to type. And say.

At a previous job, part of my responsibilities included making sure job descriptions were up to date and accurate. And... who knew?? There is actually a difference between a secretary and an Admin Asst (although I don't remember what, exactly). At this job, I think I am technically an Admin Asst. But I still refer to myself as a secretary.
