I was just on Disneycruise.com and after clicking on "rates, dates, and more" at the bottom on the left hand side I noticed "tell us what you think". I clicked on this and not only does it enter you for a "chance" to win $500, but it asks many questions. Some of the more interesting ones were wanting to know "how likely" you'd be to use their web-site to book spa ressies, palo ressies, kids ressies, etc. Makes you wonder if the response is good enough if we may eventually be able to pre-book those sought after reservations. Perhaps no more running around like mad men to get all the ressies we want, huh? Just thought maybe everyone that reads this could head over to DCL's site and fill it out. I don't know about you but it'd be nice to be able to board and LEISURELY walk to Parrots Cay and enjoy lunch!!!:Pinkbounc

COOL! :) I just took the survey. Hopefully they will get LOTS of responses from folks who want to pre-book Palo and the spa.

Thanks! I just took the survey! As we all know every penny counts! I really hope they add things like being able to get Spa ressies and excursions on line-that would be great!

Thanks again!

You're welcome!! I just hope they get an overwhelming response from us DIS cruisers--let's show them how influential the people on this board can be!!!

also just went to the site & completed the questionnaire. Hope it helps DCL decide to allow early ressies via internet. :)

Thanks, just completed the survey!!!

Just gave 'em my two cents...I would SOOOO love to book excursions online!! :D

Thanks for noticing that survey. I just completed it too. Had to add my two cents!!

A better question would be "who wouldn't take advantage of it if it were an option"?

Personally I think it's silly that they need to take a survey to decide, if that's what the purpose is. Let's see - I can book a $10,000 cruise on the DCL website, but, the best I can do for other things is fax in my request for shore excursions and do a sprint for spa or Palo reservations (though I did find a way to get around that).

With every company (and especially travel companies) in the world looking for how they can do more on their websites, DCL (and Disney in general) is way behind the times. Can you believe that DVC members cannot book their own reservations online through the website? They have to call and wait on hold to speak with someone or make a request online with what amounts to email.

Bottom line, if they need to have a survey to decide if they're going to do something so simple, I feel real sorry for them. I'm sure this is just one of the reasons contributing to the fact that Disney is having some difficult times economically/financially right now.

I would SOOOO love to book excursions online!!

That's how I booked my excurstion for my crusie next month. When you click on book excursions now (or something like that) you shoot them an e-mail. I recieved a response the next day. Did it the night before. Very easy.

I also took the survey and told them ressies for Palo and Spa via internet also. THat would be sooooo nice!

I just took the survey too...thanks for the link.

BTW... There were NO questions that asked how likely I was to book excursions, palo, and spa online. I did, however, add those in as write-in responses.

My survey questions did ask about how likely I would be to book Palo, spa, excursions on line.. There was even a lead-in statement saying they were considering these changes. Maybe a flood of responses will speed their decision!

I took it also, but there were no questions about booking reservations for on-board activities, etc. They must have several different sets of questions and/or the responder is presented questions based on answers to previous questions.

Just took the survey. Thanks for the info.:)
