Reached Max Fastpass on a day with NO fastpass- MDE Vent

We arrive Saturday November 18th and leave November 24th. I am able to book fastpasses for everyone in my party on every day EXCEPT our arrival and departure day. On those days, my kids get an error message saying they have reached their maximum fastpass limit EXCEPT we don't have any fastpasses booked those days.

Sitting on hold with Disney Tech Support... so just venting. I really wanted to hit the park that night we arrive and the morning before we leave trying to hit some of tiered rides we want to do but who knows by the time I wait on hold.

It just seems like a weird error message to get.
 
Are you tickets for 7 days? Are you on property the whole time?

No error message would surprise me, though, Disney IT is always messing up.
 
No, we are annual pass holders and we are on property all of those days at the same property. Plus it is only my kids that get the error. My parents in their own room and my husband and I are fine. The whole system was running way slower than I have experienced in the past, but I figured there are lot of people on today with that being the start of Thanksgiving week.

I will be glad that I was able to get FOP.
 
Are you taking a second trip within 30 days they have FP's for? Did they accidentally book dummy FP's for something? That's weird...
