Re-using refillable mugs?

Hi folks,

Not been on here in AGES other than to lurk and read - so hi again!

I think I already know the answer to this question, but figured I'd ask the gurus.

We were in WDW in July last year staying in POR, got refillable mugs, brought them home (as usual, have quite the collection now!). We're going back to POR in November this year - can we take the same mugs back and get them 're-activated' for use again (paying for it of course, I'm not expecting a freebie) or do we need to buy new mugs again? Anyone tried this?

I haven't tried this myself, but I know the people on the FAQ thread about refillable mugs (it's in the resort forum) says that you can indeed reactivate them, but you still have to pay full price for them from what I could gather.

Have found and read the thread now (well, some of it!)

We’ll decide nearer the time if we’re taking existing mugs with us or getting new ones.
