Now there are three OKW contracts for sale with the TImeshare store for $72, and one contract has banked points.
I could be wrong, but I believe under Florida law a realtor has to offer a listing for whatever the owner stipulates. OKW at $72 should bring a quick sale, but the sale will be to Disney.CarolA said:Not sure this tells you anything except that they want a quick sale....It does not tell you what Disney will do.

We bought OKW almost a year ago, and were advised at the time that $72 would not pass ROFR, but $73 probably would. We got through at $73, but a bunch of folks have been ROFR'd since at $72...and that was BEFORE the recent DVC price increase. In fact, if I'm not mistaken, there have been recent OKW ROFRs at $75.
[SNIP]... EMPHASIS ADDED
To avoid disappointment, you really have to do your homework, and be prepared to offer more than the asking price if you think the asking price will not pass ROFR. If you don't pass, nothing else about that contract matters...'cause it ain't YOUR contract any more.
It's a shame to see people get their hopes up and lose a contract for a few hundred bucks! If you take the long view of contract ownership, a few hundred bucks doesn't matter much.
