May sound silly, but wondering if the long lines everyone talks about is for check in only? We're actually renting out of West Palm Beach, and returning to MCO. Should I allow extra time in returning the car? I'm hoping that picking up at Palm Beach will be much less crowded than MCO.

When we dropped off our Alamo car it took less than 5 minutes and that was with us unpacking all of our junk/luggage from the minivan. The line to get the van was huge, but this was before ME so I have no idea if the lines are better now with such increased competition for customers.
