Good question. Also, does the transportation system allow for you to get to the park early enough?

For example, staying at FW. Will the boats be there around 7:30am so you can be at the gates before 8?

We always get the 8:05 (first seating) at CP and it is great! We stay on WDW property...when we were at the WL we were at the bus stop at 7:30 and were picked up right away.

When we stay at the Swan we take a cab ($17) and they drop you off at the Contemporary sidewalk area and we walk past the bus stops to the entrance.

They let us into the park at 7:45.

it's still 8:05 first seating regardless of EMH.

in my experience, they let you through the special turnstile but hold you at the train tunnels until 8 am.

never had a problem taking a bus to a park for 8 am meals.
