Carl, ichat no longer officially supports the Mac platform

What OS are you running? And are you trying to get in with IE?

If you're in OS9 then I suggest only using the HTML option (but warning, it's slooooowwww)

If you are in OSX then you can use either the Javalite option or HTML (both of which are still pretty slow though)
