I am so inspired by all of the disney DISigns here that I would love to try and create something myself

so here is my question

I have adobe photoshop, not really sure what to do with it,other than resizing my photos for now, lol, but I see that many of you use photoshop elements for your DISigns.

do I need to have the elements program to learn what you are all doing,or will I be able to do it on the regular adobe photoshop that I have
any help would be greatly appreciated

i would hate to buy a new program if I could use what I have alerady.
thanks in advance
Marcy

Don't know for sure, have only used Photoshop once and it was awhile ago, but I think you would be fine with what you have. As far as I know PS Elements is a "home" version of Photoshop.

The full Photoshop does everything that Elements does and then some. You can definitely design using Photoshop.

I have a good price on a Canon Powershot g7 ( brand new). I know it doesn't shoot RAW, is that an issue if I used elements? I assume jpeg is fine?

Any other thoughts on this camera, feel free to let me know! <G>
Thanks
