RCI into DVC...parking fees?

We are staying at SSR next month which we exchanged through my parents’ RCI. I saw some threads about it earlier in the year about whether people would be charged the parking fees if they traded in through RCI. The threads I have viewed just offered some speculation, but I’m wondering if there is any solid info out there now? Will we be charged the $24 a night parking fees?

In theory, you shouldn't be. It acts like a points reservation, and you have the $190 fee that should be considered to cover that.

Discussions on the Timeshare User Group (TUG) site confirm there is no parking fee for inbound RCI exchange guests.

Nothing has changed - RCI exchange guests do not pay for parking at SSR or any other DVC resort they exchange into. If a parking charge appears on the account, just notify the front desk and it will be taken off.
