RCCL in town today.

The RCCL Explorer of the Seas is docked in my town today (Astoria, or). It's definitely the biggest ship we've had this year. Fun to see and making me that much more excited for our cruise on the Fantasy in March!!!

So fun to see Astoria! We used to drive through there every year at Thanksgiving on our way down to Canon Beach. Man, I miss it there!!

Thanks everybody!! I wasn't sure if anybody even knew where Astoria was. Yes, home of the goonies. Kindergarten cop. Free Willy. Lol.

Not my view (I love out of town about 20 minutes, but this is the view from my friends house and a view I see pretty often just driving around. We are pretty lucky. We get cruise ships (started stopping here about 3-4 years ago), but usually not ones of this size.

Our daughter was so excited to see one that is around the same size as the fantasy. It's been fun trying to explain to a 5 year old what this vacation is going to be like!
