We bought my DS's bedroom furniture from them a few years ago. They were really good to work with, and when one of the drawers broke, they came back and fixed it right away. Of all the furniture stores around here, they seem to have some of the nicest furniture, and their prices I can live with!

Forget about the quality of the furniture! I just can't go in that store. The salesmen jump all over you and actually follow you around even if you say you are just browsing. I never even looked at the quality of the furniture. Their sales practices keep me away! I hate being hounded!

If you are implying that those of us who have had issues with the furniture we bought at R&F abused it, at least in my case you are quite wrong.

Like I said before we had the R&F sofa for two years it was falling apart. I bought a futon for $100 that lasted for over 10 years without any issues. The sofa I've currently got in my family room is 2.5 years old and still looks brand new.

Not implying that at all. But there are people out there whom abuse there furniture and then wonder why its damaged. Those people know they do it but still expect something to be done. Is all I am saying.
