Today is EMH at MK. Our friends have decided to go to a waterpark today so we are on our own. We get ready and head to the boat dock. We arrive at Mk just a few minutes before 8am and they are letting people in, cool. As we enter, the characters are everywhere in the courtyard area as you enter the park. Since we haven't gotten too many this trip so far, we hit several of the lines. Alice and the Mad Hatter were the best. They held DS and played with him. The photos are priceless. Now it is 5 minutes before 9am and they are letting the normal crowds in, so we head back towards FantasyLand. This is our favorite area and where we spend most of our MK time. First off is Pooh, then Snow White, Peter Pan and Small World. Oh boy, Ariel is in her grotto. Have to get her autograph, DD must have all the Princesses. It was a little bit of a wait, but it was shaded still and not bad. I have to tell you about this lady in front of us. She told her husband that her shirt was wet from sweat (Duh, it's only in the 90's) and she wanted another shirt, so she sent him to the car to get her another shirt and also, bring the camera that they had forgotten. Now mind you, that the Grotto is completely on the opposite side of the park from the entrance, then he will have to catch the monorail or ferry, then the tram. Then he has to get the items, and get back all in about 20 minutes. I love my DW as much as the next person, but I would have had to just walk over to the shop and buy her a shirt and disposable camera before I made that trek. Oh, and he didn't make it back in time-surprise!

After meeting Ariel, we head into Pinocchio's for lunch. We then decide to go to toontwon to look around and see what characters are in the County Fair. I send the DW and kids on, and I head to Splash Mtn to try for FP. No deal, FP was already fro 5pm, too late to stay and too early to try and make it back after a break. When I get to Toontown, DD is playing in the park, funny how we missed this last year. Then we go through Mickey and Minnie's houses and then into the County Fair. No characters that we need so we do a little shopping and get a tin of the fudge. A must for us on each trip. Time to head for the Lodge for an afternoon break before we melt.

Back at the Lodge we hit the pool for a swim. Later we have to leave the pool due to a storm, so meet our friends and head to EPCOT FW for the evening. We just want to ride Test Track. When we get there, TT is down due to weather, so we head over to see if MS is open and it was. ONly 20 minute wait, so on we go. This is an absolute blast and a must do. Once we finish, we head back around and walk on for a second ride. To me you can not tell you are spinning at all. After MS we head over to Ice Station Cool, our friends just have to have a good cold drink of Beverly. Wished you could have seen the looks on their faces when that stuff hit their tongues. Well, we are hungry, so we head over to see if we can get into the Garden Grill. It was a 45 minute wait, but if we left and tried to find something else, it would have been that long anyway. The food here was as good as ever and we got our friends rehitched which was a blast. Now it is time to head back to the Lodge for some shuteye. Tomorrow is another early day at MK.
