Rates at Candy Cane Inn

We will be staying at DLH for 4 nights at the end of August. We were originally going to spend 3 nights prior to that in SD, but have decided to drive up to Anaheim for that third night and I am looking for a place for one night. There will be me and DH, DD(22), DS(25) and DS(13). I am planning to get 2 rooms so I want to keep the cost down. I was going to try for the Ent rate at HoJo, which sounds nice, but I think I would rather stay at CCI; the smaller rooms don't bother me since we will have 2, and we will basically just be sleeping there and then head over to DLH in the morning before we hit the park. Any tips on getting a great rate at CCI?

From what I've experienced, the CCI is popular enough that they really don't ever run any rate specials. Have you checked for availability yet? I wouldn't be surprised if they were already booked solid for August. Better do that first and then start looking at other options. Good luck...

I have not seen any "deals" at the Candy Cane but I have heard of people getting them once in a while. You can try their website at www.candycaneinn.net

Thanks for the replies. I went ahead and booked on the website, which is the lowest rate available ($85). I also have a reservation at HoJo with Mousesaver rate of $80 for Disney view. I will see if I can get the Ent. rate as the date gets closer and then decide for sure.

they do give a aaa rate but thats the only discount I've found for our 1 night stay in august. its just dh and I this trip and only 1 night so we went with their smallest room, aaa rate.

The web rate I got is actually lower than the AAA rate of $92, at least for my date. I called to ask about that and was told that yes, the web rate is lower.
