Rate question

I've been watching a particular category for an Alaska cruise next year.

It's been bouncing from 13,500 to 15,100.

Earlier yesterday there were 10 cabins on deck 5 aft for 13,500, then last night they were all gone and the lowest price was 15,100 and nothing on deck 5.

Again today, about they were all back and now they are gone again.

10 cabins at a price that come and go multiple times per day seems weird.

Any thoughts about this?

With how fluid reservations/bookings are right now, I don't see this as unusual.

I have also noticed something similar. One day, all the cabins I am interested on deck 5 on the fantasy are there. The next time I look, they are all gone. Then they will reappear. I just figure it is a glitch with Disney’s system.

It could be a TA is holding them for some clients, then releases the hold ???

This is what I was wondering. If it were one or two rooms I might think they are being held but so many that come and go like that seems really weird. I'll keep watching.

I agree that it's probably about holds being released. The ones that are the lower price are a different category than the ones that are higher priced. You're seeing a group of rooms go in and out of inventory. It might be DCL, a travel agent, potential guest, or a combination of those, that is manipulating the inventory. I've seen things disappear and come back before.
