Rate my lunch

ok allow me to at least atemp to redeem LB's lack of dessert for her by posting todays lunch, or at leastr what i found onthe stove about 5 minutes after i took the brownies i made for dessert tonight out of said oven,, btw these are turtle brownies, fudgie brownies with walnuts and caramel sauce cut into them, they were much prettier before dw discovered them.

btw,,, i ate one. dw and the kids,( who are here doing laundry to save the laundromat cash) ate most of them.

Froggy, I take it that your family likes the inside, non-edge brownies, too! Next time you really need to work on the presentation, but I'm sure that they were delicious! A nice Disney platter would have meant that your family would have eaten them all, you know!

i had intended to serve them on a nice platter after supper, ( btw, thats pork chops, some simmered in butter/onions, some in homemade salsa, pan fried taters, colored butter beans, and a veggie stir fry) but dw smelled htem cooking. asked ok what goodies are you making me. i said brownies, she said are they done yet?


the rest was history, i took them up.

went to bathroom, came back and found what you see in the pic..lol

(It's made with eggs, cinnamon, nutmeg, heavy cream, half and half, vanilla, sugar, brown sugar, pancakes, waffles, pound cake, bananas, raspberries, blueberries, and some other things I can't remember right now. The only thing I left out was the brandy, sorry. )
If you've ever been to the Crystal Palace, then you've probably already had this.

That is just not gonna work. EVerytime someone quotes her, you are going to see those scary shoes. At least I think so. It's been a long time since I had anyone on ignore but it seems to me I could read their posts when someone quoted.
