So I am officially addicted to these after my last trip. Our next trip is in the end of November. Someone please please please tell me that these aren't seasonal!
The Raspberry Mickey Macaron from Jolly Holiday is not seasonal (at least not so far). It's possible that they could change that in the future, but in my experience they usually have the raspberry one, plus the seasonal flavor.

To be honest, I haven't noticed if there is any consistency in terms of which other flavor is offered by season. I know I've seen chocolate, passion fruit, pistachio, and lemon blueberry in the past.
I want to try one this trip in about a month. Is Jolly Holiday the only place to get them? Do you happen to know the seasonal flavor right now? Thanks!!!
I have had a salted caramel Mickey macaroon from Jolly Holiday. It was either during my Thanksgiving or New Year's Eve visit, can't remember which one anymore. It was delicious. Would love to be there when they have the chocolate one!
The raspberry rose mickey marcaron was the highlight of my December trip! I ate it for breakfast three times! Here are my pics to help you remember the glory of all that raspberry goodness....
Pistachio is the spring seasonal. I talked to a CM about it because I was sad that I couldn't get my favorite birthday treat and was told that it was axed this year because of cost. Lemon blueberry took its place. She said things would probably transition to the passion fruit one for summer.
Can't for the life of me remember the other seasonals, though. I forget when I've seen the chocolate.
The raspberry rose is definitely delicious, though . I went with that one for my birthday instead of the lemon blueberry (not a fan of blueberries).
I am at Disneyland right now. There are macaroons in Downtown Disney as well. There is a cart that sells them, many flavors to choose from, 6 for $15. They are very small though...nothing like the size of the ones at Jolly Holiday.
