I have to say I'm really surprised to hear that people have had issues with Randy. We used him last year, OP you can see some of our shots here and he was absolutely brilliant.
We didn't give him a list of shots we wanted or anything, we just gave him free reign to shoot whatever he wanted to. Ours was just a vow renewal so we didn't NEED any particular shots. Because we're from the UK, he delivered our disks back to us the following week and we had 6 full disks of pictures.
We had shots with all of our guests, he really didn't miss a beat. I'm sorry that some people seem to have had some issues because no one wants their wedding pictures to be less than perfect. However, I have to say in my experience Randy Chapman offers top quality work at very reasonable prices.
