I'm watching something called Fat Families. It's about helping families to lose weight. This woman asks her son to get her a multipack bag of crisps to eat. She says them by name, then the show blurs out the name of the crisps, even though the name has been said. Also, they don't blur out the name of Tesco, which is odd...

Well I would assume so, depending on the heat. You know that if you put a glass of water in the microwave, it can explode upon impact? Unless there's an impurity (such as a chip, a scratch, an object, etc.) on the glass, the water will heat up but not boil because there's nothing to form bubbles from. When you touch it, the surface breaks and bubbles all that once, causing it to explode.
