Random thoughts by me. I'm bored



I wonder how many like me today were stranded surfing other internet sites at work while the DIS was down.

The olympics are coming up and yet I know I won't get too excited because all the winners will be on the net before they show the telecast on NBC.

Football season has officially begun for me, I don't care about watching another baseball game unless the Yankees and Red Sox are playing each other.

Speaking of football, is Ricky Williams just weird or what? Feel sorry for the dolphins. No solid running back and camp starts this week.

I was blind sided today when I heard Nick Carter and Paris Hilton broke up, man never saw that coming.

My tivo is the greatest thing invented, not only can I fast foward through all the monster house stuff and see the finished product but I was able to watch last nights 60 minutes and yesterdays nascar race in just a couple of hours.

Is it just me or has summer just passed us by?

Why can't Hollywood make more movies like the Bourne Supremacy? What a great movie and I love the camera movement.

I honestly need a girlfriend because there are 2 chick flicks coming out in the next month and I'm gonna have to go see them by myself.

I'm having too many Bob Villa moments lately, I live in an apartment and not much I can do with it but I love trips to Lowe's and Home Depot. God help me when I have a house.

My dvd collection passed 200 a while back and yesterday I noticed there are 4 of them I've never opened.

Anyone else only go to Walmart late at night just to avoid the crazy crowds? And why can't Target be open 24 hours?

I am right there with you!!! Movies...what exactly are those? Haven't been to one in a long time!!! I need a boyfriend to take me to one and would be extremely happy if he would go to a chick flick!!!

I love my Super Target, if it were open 24 hours I would never shop Walmart again and lose more of my paycheck to them!!

NASCAR - very dissapointed in the race, my driver didn't win!!

Only 4 unopened? You're doing pretty good because I know I have at least a dozen unopened DVDs and my collection isn't anywhere near 200. Yet.

Summer = too short

Chick Flicks - I'm a chick but they're not really my thing. Although once, I stayed up till 4 am watching some horrible Fran Drescher flick on HBO...

LOL, next month classes will start again and you'll have a whole new set of random thoughts!

BTW, I agree with you, I can't believe that summer has been flying by so quickly. We've had a great time and I really don't want it to end. Of course there's still time for lots of trips to the beach and a another couple road trips so there's still some fun to be had.

Kyle, I agree with you about Ricky. I wonder what happened on his trip to Australia that made him want to throw in the towel? I'm thinking he's wanting to be a Croc Hunter instead of a Dolphin now.
