Random silly question: What television show would you most want to live in?

It's just a fun, random question to lighten the mood and to just be silly this Tuesday. Let's pretend that we live in some crazy universe were all of the sitcoms and dramas on television today and of yesterday were actually real. Which show would you most want to live in?


Me? I think I would pick Golden Girls. I think it would be fun to live in a house with Dorothy, Rose, Blanche, and Sophia. Plus, they always went to fun things like Dance Marathons, ballrooms, and vacations to Disney.

Or maybe Terra Nova (even though it already got cancelled) There's just something about the thought of having to back to a primitive way of living, while still having our technological goodies that appeals to me.

Maybe I should strive for a more glamourous lifestyle but the first sitcom to come to mind was the Middle. I would totally love to be next door neighbors with the Hecks. We'd commiserate over life stresses and I think our quirky boys would get along great.

Like Imzadi and iheartdisney, I think I'd have to go with the Star Trek universe. Three centuries into the future, living in a well-planned and relatively peaceful society (at least as compared to most other sci-fi)? Sign me up!

There are other shows I like more, but to live there? They're either way too chaotic for my taste, or they're basically our world, just with some fictional characters. Although Babylon 5 did prove reincarnation to be real within their storyline, and that humanity survives long enough to eventually evolve into a higher form, so there's some appeal there as well...

Friends

I got married and had my first baby at 19. By 21 Dh and I had 2 babies and a mortgage. Not that I regret any of it, but sometimes I wish I could have lived my 20's with friends and no responsibilities
