Disney reminiscing:

We were waiting in the airport (pittsburgh) for our flight. DH had just gotten a new book (Harry Potter...one....he's not much of a reader!) DKids and I were getting our Disney legs, by repeatedly riding the moving walkway, then racing back and doing the same walkway again. Racing each other, making up rules for the walkback, like you had to do it backward, or skip.... (we like to keep ourselves entertained, and DH didn't think he needed to get Disney legs, he is in shape) (guffaw here)
Well, we kept going past a newstand magaziney store on the moving walkway, and when I sat down to read the mag I brought with me, alas, a coupon for a FREE SOY JOY bar. What fun! Never tried them. So I give DD12 the coupon to go over to the little store and get one.
At the store, the lady at the register gave her THREE.......all three DKids can try them! How nice! We always meet such nice people!
So DD9 opens Soy Joy and takes a big bite. GAG It is YUKKY! and DS opens his and almost chokes, can't spit it out fast enough! DD12 takes a teeny little nibble of hers, and shakes her head "no".
Wonder why that nice lady was giving them away?
THEY ARE GROSS!
I was just reading the CVS ad and they are on sale there this week.
They still make 'em? Can't imagine!

Disney legs! I am afraid to see what you would do before a Disney cruise, to get your "sea legs".

Never heard of those soy bars. And I am not about to run to CVS and find out!

I've seen them but never tried them. I am quite familiar with similar bars since my DD is a vegetarian and eats many soy snacks.

I have tried Tofu for the first time EVER the other day and YUCK!! I don't know how anyone can eat that stuff voluntarily!
