I mean it's nice enough of the person to let the neighbourhood kids go swimming, why should they have to supply everything?

I had the most stressful last week of school ever. One of my students was hit by a car on Wed. walking home from school and broke his arm and leg, the teacher that I've switched classes with for the past three years is being moved, ...

but now, I'm free until the end of August.

It's really sad. I thought people were more polite than that. I would NEVER go to another persons pool, and ask for a towel. I just wouldn't feel right.

Maybe I'm just weird, but couldn't you set aside certain towels (and mark them or something) JUST for using while in the pool and then, instead of washing them, just hang them up somewhere to dry until the next day. Saves you washing them and saves a bit of water too.

That's what I do..we go to the pool almost every single day and I have two towels that are 'pool only' towels. When we get home, I hang them in the garage to dry and then use them again the next day.

I got a cool Hoover Spin Scrub yesterday! I've already used it in the kitchen twice (3 kids & a ) I haven't taken it upstairs yet to do the BRs but I like it

yep, it is a hard floor dry vac, turn the dial & it washes the floor (spin scrub brushes) & then flip the switch if needed & it dries the floor too! It does a pretty good job too! I'm hoping to get away from the Swiffers & the wet mop to the floors.......gross H2O..........

HEA--- heading to the Poly for your next trip? we're doing AKV ..........we will stay at the Poly during one of our trips....not sure when........I remember when I was little & watched the Poly lights from the MK I was so jealous! (of what??????? I just thought it looked cool!)

Mmhmm!! The Polynesian is my first home!!! It's so magical and beautiful there. I especially like the pool.

I would LOVE to stay at the Poly someday!! I too used to look at that resort as a kid and was soooo jealous!! My parents were & are offsite people, so there was NO hope of us everstaying there when I was a kid. Now to do it as a grown up...lol
