Wow! Nice!

What lake did Frank pull that catfish out of??

Nope,,
fish'n pole, heavy line.
That fish pulled the pontoon around for a little while,
fun stuff :thumbsup2

:thumbsup2

Kayak fishing the FL Keys, on light spinning gear, I would rate the Cero Mackerel as the best fighter, inch for inch, of the fish that I have caught. Not the biggest, avg 22 inches, not the heaviest, but with the tenacity of a torpedo, this is my all-time winner. Taming them on light tackle is a challenge.

Pictures shot from my kayak with Cero Mackerel hook-ups.

This Cero Mackerel is kinda mad.

Time to put you back in the water, Cero Mackerel. Just send a relative. I am in fishin' heaven right now.

Forgot the year of this Picture. I came up with a name of this picture through Born2Fish (aka Frank) called Hook, Line & Sinker.

You can see my fishing Bud's have dinky, but legal opening day PA trout. I had my eyes on the Biggin, just tryin how to hook, line and sinker him.

This Picture shows I got that job done.

Frank---Get with the program. You are a fisherman. "Not heavy line and a pole"---"Cane pole, bobber and string. With my experience, piece of cake. Frank".

The cat real nice), the Harris Lake Bigmouth (trophy), the snook and redfish (bdawg)--looks like another kayak fisherman. . I got some Reds in April with Trout at Pine Island (across from Ft Meyers) in April.

Has any body figured out my Hook, Line and Sinker on this thread---I know Born2Fish (aka Frank) knows the secret.

Can' t wait to do some Kayak fishin' sround O.C. Maryland.

Been dancin with Bronchitis since May, I think it is Bronchitis. Weak as hell ! ! ! Still runnin tests. Not old age. The lungs are just as old as the rest of my body. Never ate so many pills in my life.

:guilty::guilty::guilty::guilty:

Gotta tell the truth to Bdawg. Well, I really don't have to, I AM A TRUE FISHERPEEPLE. Exaggerate, stretch the truth, all that good stuff, etc.

Born2Fish (aka Frank) got nailed with my hook, line and sinker picture first. He bit hard.. Don't feel bad.

That fish I am holding by the tail, is a mounted King Chinook Salmon caught in Lake Ontario by my best friend., Taken down from the wall of the cabin, I though I would have a bit of fun with that 40 lbr (30 to 40 lbs ??)

Yes I am a fly fisherman--Favorite 7 1/2 ft 5wt, with 5wt, weight forward tapered fly line, 2lb tippet (leader). Caught a bunch of Mangrove snappers and Grunts with streamers at John Pennekamp in March, Key Largo out of the kayak.

That King woulda be a tad (a huge tad) above my equipment and skills.

Here are a couple of Reds from last year. First one was 20lb and the second was 25lb. Both caught in the Nassau River north of Jacksonville FL.

That is AWESOME! I would have done the same thing, I love it!!! :rotfl::lmao:

I just got in to fly fishing also and got my first redfish on a fly... what a rush! Fly fishing can get addicting! Now I want to learn to tie my own flies.

Great fish! Youv'e got to love those east coast reds! I think I am going to try Mosquito Lagoon when it cools down a little to see if I can get one of those beasts! I am sooooo Jealous, they don't get near that big on the west coast :guilty:

Tnbob/Kathy: Is that the dock, where Kathy & Ty are standing at the Fort, where somebody had posted a picture of a Gator chasing down a Bream or Bluegill that shot out under a dock.

I may have the wrong Gator/Dock.
