Random Character M&G Question: Who Talks?

I was just thinking about preparing my toddler for Meet & Greets after she had a good time with Spiderman today at Free Comic Book Day. She's a huge Disney Jr. fan (esp for Doc), but I figure I have to have a talk about how they won't talk to her.
Then I remembered how much fun her brothers had before she was born at Radiator Springs in DCA with Lightning and Mater, who do talk in canned catch phrases. (And the CMs who control their speech and movements have a lot of fun with it, too.)
So, are there any characters who are not princesses or other face actors who do have speech through one means or another?

Mickey talks in Town Square at MK, but nowhere else. Kylo Ren (from the new Star Wars) also talks, but he's super creepy and might scare the heck out of a toddler.

Off the top of my head, I can't think of any other non-face characters who talk. But I don't do a lot of M&Gs so I might have missed some.

@ravenclawtrekkie is correct. The only non-face character that talks is Mickey in Town Square. I don't really count Kylo Ren as a non-face character because his mask is a part of his persona.

Eh, I only counted him because the dialogue is pre-recorded like talking Mickey.
