Pouring rain here in Orlando -- what can we do? All we can come up with is a movie, kids are going to go stir crazy soon...

One of our best days was the morning it poured rain!! There was nobody there. We got thru the entire park in 5 hours!!!Some rides 2X! Put on a poncho and go for it!

Run, don't walk! I promise that you will have a fantastic time despite of the rain. Lines will be short, and you will love running around in a poncho. Your pictures will be priceless.

I agree with everyone else. Disney in the rain is better than a movie (which you can do on a rainy day @ home)! Your kids will love you for it...permission to get wet!!!!!

I agree - THE PARKS! I love it when it rains, the parks clear out and you get to do everything! Just wear sandals, so you don't mind your feet getting wet!

Our kids enjoyed playing in the rain on Main Street in MK. We have some pictures I cheerish. It's a great experience to just be free and play like kids.

I personally like Epcot best in the rain. Even though the trek from building to building can be a killer, but once you get to *whatever* building it's easy to kill 2 hours there if you need to.

Agreeing with head to the parks!!! We were there for Tropical Storm Fay and it poured the last 5 days of our 7 day trip.... we weren't going to let the rain stop us! LOL! The crowds were non-existent and we had fun anyway!!!

This is why it's important to pack immersible shoes. Just put on your water sandals and your ponchos, and do the parks as usual. I love doing the parks in the rain.

If you don't have immersible shoes, go buy some flip-flops. Not the best arch support, but you have a vacation to save.

Ahhh I remember this day. Earlier in the week when it rained in the AM, we were at AK. It was wonderful! The best safari ever. All the animals were out to play.

I agree, I love Epcot in the rain.

First Innovations is 2 huge buildings with hours of fun. All the pavillions are close together.

We spent 13hrs at Epcot and never made it to the countries. We had a princess breakfast in Norway at 8:00am, then headed straight to Mission Space and kept going. It rained and then poured but we had a blast.

DH was resting at the cabins so it was me & 5 kids (one in a stroller).
