Rainproof rides?

We are leaving for Disney tomorrow, and are prepared to see some rain. I've read that it's sometimes a good idea to hang around the parks when it does rain because the crowds seem to die down. What I wanted to know was if there are any rides that don't operate when it's raining? Now, I'm sure that a lot of it has to do with whether or not it's thundering and lightening, but I didn't know if any of them depended on just rain. TIA!

As long as there is no lightning, everything stays open. We just got home last night, and we spend all day Weds. in MK during Ernesto. We got wet, but rode everything. The park was DEAD!! It was so empty that day they didn't open the fast pass machines at all. Everything was a walk on. The park was so empty it seemed surreal. We rode BMTRR 3 times in a row without getting off!

ha ha! we were right there with ya! I really wish I knew who the Disers were in the parks because I would have seen a lot of you.

I was there on Wed during Ernesto (wife stayed at the hotel). I got drenched but man, I rode EVERYTHING over and over and over and over.

NOBODY was there. When it started raining it was like a herd of people leaving. I rode HM with NOBODY within 10 carts of me either way!

We went to Epcot last night and rode Test Track in the rain.

That sounds like so much fun!!!! I'm so jealous of you guys. I have wanted to go to WDW during the TS so badly. My brother lived down there and went to MK right before one of those hurricanes hit, and he said it was empty too. He ride Space Mt. 5 times in a row. Him and his friend ran off and ran right back on, hardly anybody else there. I'd be in Heaven if I could experience that!!
