We're getting ready to go on our first Disney cruise (1 month!) and I know DH and I want to spend some time in the Rainforest. I saw that we can pre-order a day pass for $16 each but I was wondering if someone could tell me how much it is to get a trip long pass. We're going on a 4 night cruise.

Thanks!

This picture is from a recent 4 day Navigator on the Dream. It's $144 for couples or $101 for single. The special only works out best if you're on the longer cruises. Please note also this special is only offered the first day. A different spa special will be in your navigator each day.

We sailed back to back cruises on the Dream Dec 11-14 and Dec 14-18 2015.

I took a picture of the Rainforest Room length of cruise passes sign in the spa on the first day of each cruise. Here is the info from the signs (first part on both signs is the same; only difference are the pricing lines):

Rainforest

Tropic Showers,
Warm Ceramic Loungers,
Steam Hamam, Warm Sauna,
& Traditional Steam Room

3 Day Singles Cruise Pass - $42
3 Day Singles Deluxe Pass - $69
3 Day Couples Cruise Pass - $75
3 Day Couples Deluxe Pass - $102

====

4 Day Singles Cruise Pass - $56
4 Day Singles Deluxe Pass - $101
4 Day Couples Cruise Pass - $99
4 Day Couples Deluxe Pass - $144

=====

The Deluxe passes include scrubs, the other passes do not. There is an additional 18% automatic gratuity added to the above costs.

For one person, 4 days * 16 = $64, so if you plan to use it each day the length of cruise pass is $12 cheaper. If you do not get the deluxe pass (which is the comparable to the one day pass, which also does not include scrubs).

For two people, 4 days * 16 * 2 = $128 v. $99, so you save $29.

Bottom line: you need to decide if you plan to use it each day (it is closed on debarkation day), or something less. If going just by price, that should guide whether one gets the length of cruise pass on ship or the one day passes. You can buy more than one one day pass.

For two people

Would you be able to make a reservation online/phone before the trip? And what are the best times to go the the rainforest room?

The best time to go can depend on the cruise. I just got back from a 4-night Bahamas cruise and the ship was completely full. However most of the families had small kids (we did not) due to the end of the school year so the adult areas of the ship were mostly empty. There were time my wife and I were the only ones in the Rainforest at different times of each day. I think the one of the best times is during the first dinner seating as most people will be either at dinner or watching a show (I was the only one in the room for over an hour on the first day). Also the cruise length can make a difference as on 7 day cruises the room was more busy.

We bought the basic Rainforest pass as my wife did not like all the scrubs with the deluxe package. You have the option of just buying the scrub for one day if you want.

Hope this helps.

Thank You! I'll be going Aug 7 2017 on a 4 night Bahamas cruise too.

@DixieDelights they sell a limited amount of 1 day passes and multiple day passes with or without scrubs. My understanding is that you don't have to schedule and appointment unless you are having a massage or other premium spa service. Also I believe you can preorder a 1 day pass online if you manage to catch one once your reservation window opens up. Not sure if the multiple day passes are available before sail date. If you don't catch one in advanced you would have to buy it as soon as you board the ship. I will be traveling with some coworkers but most likely I'll be on my own with my two DD's. So far since there is a lot to do on the ship I know for sure I will be using it when it is in Nassau.

I ordered a 1 day pass for myself and hubby yesterday for our 3 night cruise. You have to order at least 48 hours before your sail date. The number is 1 (800) 601-8455. It is cheaper to buy the amount of one day passes you'll need before you board, rather than buying the packages on the ship. You'll just need your reservation number and credit card when you call to book. To see more about the passes, go to the my cruise section of the Disney cruise website. Then click on gifts and amenities. Then select your port and click the go button. This will bring up the gifts you can buy. Click the spa treatments and the rainforest 1day pass will come up.
