What hours is the rainforest room open? What are the spa hours? We are trying to decide whether it would be worthwhile to get the week-long unlimited rainforest pass while we are on the 6/22 western Magic sailing!
Thanks,
Cam

The rainforest room is open the longest, I think 8am-10pm, but someone will correct me if I'm wrong!

I LOVED the Rainforest Room....they will also offer a 3 day pass (maybe not available the first day, but I know I bought it on Sunday) for $30 and you choose the days and you can go as many times as you wanted.

I used it on the "at sea" days!

On our four day, it was open until 10 the first night, and then until 8 the rest of the cruise. I believe it opened at 9 (not sure about this, tho, could have been 8).

We got the pass, and only got around to using it two days. But it was LOVELY!

Susan,
Thank you so much for the information. Especially since there are 4 ports on the western itinerary, the three day pass may be the best bet! Glad to hear you enjoyed it. DH wants me to do the spa taster too, and I want to do the cabana massages. SO many choice, so little time! BTW, we did the surial mud bath last time. Awesome!
Anyone else know the weekly price for rainforest?
Thanks,
Cam

Thanks, Rick!!!!

BTW, I LOVE your quote! So true, isn't it? Especially when they show all the candid photos they've taken all week of everyone being their "GOOFY"-est! What a riot!

The line in my signature was inspired by one of the DIS moderators (who shall remain nameless, other than the fact that she moderates the Camping board:)) who was participating in the "So you think you know your music?" game in the Promanade Lounge by singing "Purple People Eater" while I was on one of the computers in the internet cafe (which is in a corner of the Promanade Lounge).

Also, back on topic:
I absolutely loved the Rainforest room. There are few things I would rather spend $50 on.

We sailed with 2700 people and there were usually no more than 2 other people in the while place! People were very respectful of each other's peace!

In addition to the Rainforest itself, I would strongly recommend Ladies Night. That combines an abbreviated Absolute Face & Body (i.e. facial and massage) with a foot massage in the Rainforest while seated in those warmed tile loungers and then being served champagne and choclates. Sinfully wonderful! I did it in January and would have done it again last trip, but I wanted to attempt to get picked for the Mouseketeer panel (gotta get some good pins for trading in Sept.--unfortunately, I missed it for nothing as hubby chose a bad spot to sit and all the panelists were chosen from the other side of the theater!). If you are interested in Ladies Night, book early because there are typically only eight spots.

thanks Rick...
we have all that at the club we go to (but on a larger scale)....
i don't go to it at the club so i won't go on the ship either....
at least now i know what it is......
but i think i will get a massage or two if i can manage appointments....but if not, no big deal......i think i'll just sit and read on the verandah.....maybe i'll just sleep.....maybe i'll just be seasick.....
