Rainforest passes

The rainforest room is a part of the spa area that has a separate locked door. Inside are aromatherapy showers, heated loungers, hot tubs, a view of the ocean, and saunas. (On the Fantasy and Dream.... the classic ships are different)

It’s a nice way to get a tiny spa experience without having to pay spa prices for say a massage. It’s also a relaxing way to spend a few hours. The cost is around $18 for a one day pass bought in advance, as noted you must call in to buy it or do some weird faxing a form. You can also buy length of cruise passes once on board.

THANK YOU!!!! Cheers!

So we will be on a 8 day cruise in the fantasy.
So a couple of questions
What is the cost of the length of cruise rainforest pass for a couple and a single?

Could my daughter and I be considered a couple?

Is the area open while docked in port?

Could I buy 8 one day passes and use one each day?

Are you guaranteed entry with a one day pass?

Thanks

If I'm remembering correctly, the cost of the single length of cruise pass is $144 and the couples pass is $199, plus 18% gratuity for a 7 night cruise.

Yes, your daughter and you can be considered a couple, assuming your daughter is at least 18 years old.

The Rainforest Room is open while the ship is in port.

You wouldn't want to buy 8 days of passes if you go the day pass route. You only have 7 days to use the passes as the 8th day is debarkation and the spa isn't open that morning and you have to be off the ship around 9am.

I've never been turned away when I've tried to go with a day pass.

I have always bought the cruise length passes for the Fantasy and absolutely loved the relaxing experience. Can anyone share the comparison to the rainforest room on the Magic? I would love to hear opinions on if you thought it was worth it for a shorter cruise ( 5 day Bermuda) vs a seven day.

The "couples" length of stay pass is a pretty good deal, compared to the single passes. They allow you to be a "couple" with just about anyone on the ship as long as they are 18+. You don't even have to go at the same times.

Are you on the June 22? That's what we're are sailing!

We are debating the length of cruise passes also. Why don't they sell them online?

If you get a 1 day pass can you upgrade it to length of cruise, or do they make you pay full price?

I agree that they make booking a pass to the Rainforest room a real challenge. I saw the form under gifts and was like...:confused3. It makes no sense to fill out a form for yourself under gifts when everything else can be booked online with ease. I'm glad you now have the option to call it in.

For those opting to go for the length of cruise pass- I would skip the deluxe package that gets you scrubs . I've read that they are no longer being offered but DCL got me the last time and I was paying extra for something I did not need or use.

This should be the latest pricing. IMO, the pass is totally worth it.

3 Day Singles Cruise Pass - $42
3 Day Singles Deluxe Pass - $69
3 Day Couples Cruise Pass - $75
3 Day Couples Deluxe Pass - $102

4 Day Singles Cruise Pass - $56
4 Day Singles Deluxe Pass - $101
4 Day Couples Cruise Pass - $99
4 Day Couples Deluxe Pass - $144

Is there a similar breakdown for 7 Day Passes?

Yea, someone else on our sailing! I plan to do at least a one day pass (since I've never done it) - good to know we can 'couple' with anyone - I think perhaps one of my SILs might want to do it too. I'd like to do the length of cruise - but with the kids, who knows what will be going on?

From recent date (and posted) Fantasy Navigators, the 7 day couple's pass is currently $193 and the single's pass is $144...plus the standard 18% gratuity for any spa service. No mention of the deluxe pass pricing. I don't know if deluxe pass is still being offered but given all you got extra were a few scrubs, I also didn't think the cost markup was worth it.
