i know the one at AK does. i have made reservations there for breakfast. not sure about DTD.

if you join the safari club ( go to www.rainforestcafe.com) you can get next available table, coupons ect. ( think it's presently $15 and doesn't expire as long as you use it once a yr, you get a $10 coupon for joining, a coupon each yr on your birthday and anniversary of joining, a free appe or 10% off meals and i think in the gift shop also)

You can call the one at DTD direct, the number is: 407-827-8500. I'm not sure if you can do it 90 days out but we had luck calling right before we left home for our trips.
