Good question! I don't know but am curious to see what others say.

Though I will suggest this: if they do not, and you are staying on property and are not on the dining plan, I'd charge the meal to your room and they pay with the Disney gift cards at time of check out (or night before as has been suggested).

I didn't even think about that ... I hope they do ... we've stocked up of Dis GC and were planning on using some there.

We used Disney gift cards in the gift shop at RFC, so I would assume they'd accept them in the restaurant as well.
