Rain, Surprise Birthdays, Rain, First Visits -(Ginny is deceased-Prayers for her.)

Oh, yeah, that's Disney's fault that it rained. Ugh!

Yes, I try to be very careful what I say in front of Mitchell. They soak it up. He's started saying some of the phrases that I use here lately. I laughed when he told me the other day "Wait just a moment. I'm trying to concentrate!" :rotfl:

It is amazing what their little sponge brains soak up.

That is funny. That was one of my fav sayings. "Don't make me angry" still say it often. I want to say it to those crazy patients when they want me to do their disability forms RIGHT NOW. I always tell them everytime they call to see if it is done it gets pulled from the top goes back to the bottom. Dr. is allowing me to charge $25 to do them now. It has kind of stopped a couple. He even fired a patient last week cause she thought she was going to get me in trouble. He told her I ran the office and if she can't deal with me she needs a new Dr. Loved it. Needless to say she left mad. Not just "angry":rotfl2:
we use to charge $15 a form and we were allowed to keep it and once a year usually the end of May all the ladies from the office would go on a weekend trip w/ the money...
while I worked there we went to the beach twice and white water rafting in TN...the three docs would put us up in a condo/cabin...we just had to pay for our breakfast & lunch the day we hit the road...we normally had enough money for all our food for the enitre trip

Too funny...
isnt' it wonderful when it comes back to you...
one of the little girls I watch her mom is constantly asking me what something means:laughing:
the other day I told chloe to stop whinning and she told me "I;m very upset right now, and you don't want to make me angry" now I usually say that at two different times but it was so funny...

I'm loving this!

Ain't that the truth? ;)

That is awesome. The diff between surgeons and regular Docs. The neurosurgeons I worked for gave us quarterly bonuses of at least $500 and one year one of them gave me his Condo in Beaver Creek, Co for a whole week. Even had to trade someone to get it for that week for me. Another one has a brother that is a surgeon in Mobile with a house in Gulf Shores and he let us have the house for a week. The were always giving. I worked for them for 17 years. And had a top heavy retirement plan so if 20% went in theirs 20% had to go in ours. I had a lot in there till last year. We got 1000.00 a year for Christmas. One year I got $3000.00

The psych I work for has given us bonuses once in a while. We get $2000.00 Christmas and whatever percent he puts in his pension he has to match. He only does about 8% tho. Still it's better than nothing. I saw when I got my pension statement yesterday I'm only down 36,000 now instead of 60,000.
:woohoo:

My kitchen is completely clean. Even under the sinkk and pantry. I have a huge pantry and it sometimes can be a good stash place. It is 5X6 with an extra 3X6 side. Love it but hate to have to clean it. Next is the hall bath which we never use. Doesn't get dirty just dusty from sitting.

We have decided we are going to Arris' Pizza Buffet tomorrow and then the $2.50 movie to see Night at the Museum.

Ginny, I'm proud of you for getting your kitchen cleaned. I rearranged Mitchell's room, but that's about it. I keep procrastinating. Well, I guess I'll get off here and go do that.

Have fun!

I'm so proud of you guys! I have cleaned...uh...nothing at all today.

We took the kids to see G-Force. It was cute, but kind of silly. They liked it though and barely waited to get in the car to start "playing' G-Force themselves.

I need to put clothes away and clean out Will's dresser again (I did Christian's a couple days ago). I don't think there's much to get rid of out of his clothes though. I'll probably do it in a little while. Right now I'm trying to FIND Will's school pictures from PreK, Kinder, and 1st. I've found Kinder but can't find the others. :sad2:

Just thought I'd pop in and say hi. Hope you had a good lunch Ginny!

Now the hall bath is done too. Moving to the master bath. Don scrubbed the shower yesterday with the steam bottle so the rest isn't bad. It's that hair thing. I can't believe no more than I have I can leave so much everywhere.:lmao:

Well good afternoon Heather. I have had a very good day. Not only the pedi, the yummy lunch but have acomplished some cleaning. I wanted to see G-force too. I thought it looked cute. I don't like things that crawl in the night. I couldn't watch Ratouille but I think I could this one.

I need to do what my mom in law and mom did several years ago and separate the kids pics in different albums. Don't see it happening anytime soon. Don is putting all the vhs home movies onto dvd's. I think he has done over 100 now. We like ourselves too much. :rotfl2:

Must get back to our bathroom now. Wish me well.

Good morning! dear Ginny,
Hope you are having a good day. Sounds like you have a great weekend, also. So, today is the day we go visit the vo-tech (that he does not want to go to now that I got him in). Ashton & Chloe just finished their lessons for the day. I need to go clean the last nights dinner dishes (that Gwendolyn & Joe is suppose to do) before my mom get here to sit with the babies.
Have a great day!!
Catch up later,

Have a safe journey to the school. I hope things work out well. Too bad kids don't know what is good for them until they made the wrong choice. This is where Mom will have to rule. Let us know. Kiss my Ashton.

Cool! I've been wanting to see that movie! Mitchell's been after me, so we may have to make that a Saturday night treat!

Good luck on finding the pictures. Mine are strewn all over the house!

Yeah, I know what you mean about the hair. Mine's really long and I hate, hate, hate cleaning our bathroom b/c my hair is everywhere!

After I got off of here on Saturday, I ended up cleaning my house top to bottom. It was a miracle! I didn't realize how much I could get done in such a short period of time. When DH came home, he was very impressed. LOL!

Children. They can never make up their minds. :sad2: Good luck again! Let us know how all goes!!!

You were a very good girl to get your bathroom clean. I do have the front rooms left to dust. I will do that tonight. I was good and even cleaned out the cabinets in the bathrooms. We have a need to save everything. Ya never know when you will need it.

I still have one bathroom left to clean, Mitchell's. I hate cleaning his tub, but it is a chore that must be done. I have to take our cat to the vet this afternoon, and then when I get home, I'll dive into changing the bed sheets and getting them washed and put on again before bed-time. Then after supper, we'll probably go for another walk.

I should probably check out what's under my cabinets. I don't have a need to "save", but I do have a habit of "stashing" things. Out of sight, out of mind! :rotfl:

Before we moved into this house we painted every room. 24 gallons worth. Well Mike and Don rinsed rollers and brushes in the hall tub. They didn't always get it rinsed real well. That tub has that gripper stuff on the bottom and some of the paint is like glued to it. No matter how I scrub it just doesn't come off. I've bleached, used comet, you name it I used it. Of course the only people that use it is either my brother when he comes or Sandi and family when they come and they know what it is. But it is an aggravation to look at it. Thank goodness it was the lighter shades of paint not the darker ones that stuck.

It is still pouring.

Good Morning! Dear Ginny!
Ashton sends you your morning kiss.
Hope your day is a great one and a productive one. We are learning about rules over here. Chloe has decided she can go anywhere and do anything and take anything she wants today! Each time I tell her not to do something and tell her she knows Mrs. connie's rules she tells me to follow the rules and leave her alone (gotta love three yr olds) at her rate she will be in "time out" most of the day...she is sooooo Sassy!!! And Ashton is all boy, wants to play rough (she doesn't--who can blame heron that one), and play with his dinosaurs and she had better not touch--so we are learning about sharing (as we do everyday), also.

Have a great day!!!

Thank you so much for that kiss Ashton. It absolutely put a smile on my face. It was just what I needed to put a zing in my step. I have one right back at you.

Connie I have found the only thing worse than terrible two's is the tantrum three's. Especially little girls. Boys are so resiliant and girls carry a grudge. I bet your Gwendolyn didn't do that because she was alone at that age. It was great with two of them together. Sandi was my argumentative, always be right one and dear Sheri never argued, crossed my path. I guess she learned from Sandi all you do is get in trouble so don't do it. Didn't mean she didn't try things but she was at least quiet about it. None of that I'll do it my way or else threats. :rotfl:

You might as well save your effort with time out for Chloe and just put yourself in time out and let them have at it. :rotfl2: Who knows what you would face. Could be fun. Or NOT. Have a great day. At least it is not raining here yet. We broke a rain record yesterday. Over 3 inches we got. I think I took it to Disney and brought it home with me. We have not had a dry spell all summer.

Have a great day. I'm really going to work hard today and clean my desk. :scared1:

We are in a drought!!! can you believe it?!?

terrible two's; TERRIFYING THREE'S; fearsome fours, and fabulous fives
that was my classification from Gwendolyn & Dayne

I am glad to hear that you enjoyed the thrill rides. TOT is my favorite. It sounds like you all had a good day at DHS until dinner time. That long wait would have really bothered me. And, the rude people, why do some people act like that? Too bad you had to endure them at dinner and Fantasmic. I really liked Fantasmic, but I don't think I would wait 2 hours to see it. We did wait about an hour, but that is as long as I am willing to wait. I feel like I am missing too much.
