Well... rain's predicted for our Cruise on Oct 13th

Anyone know if they cancel ports like CC if it's raining?

Not sure where you got this info... I hope you are wrong. The weathermen in Texas can't even predict this afternoon's weather.
Since the Oct 13 cruise is a 4 day , with one day at sea, from what i've read on this board, if the weather is bad when CC is scheduled then they will try it again the following day.

No, they don't cancel ports due to rain. The only way they would miss Castaway Cay is if the ship was not able to dock there due to waves or currents. If it's just raining they will still go as long as they can get in. Keep in mind that many times it just rains part of the day and you can still enjoy a good part of the day with decent weather. Enjoy your cruise!

Thanks for the info... I'm sure it will be fine. The predictions at www.weather.com are pretty close to right-on most the time and if you look up "nassau", it shows rain on Mon/Tues with mostly cloudy on Weds.
