Rain location for character meets?

Looking at the weather forecasts and see a few rainy days during our trip to the parks.

I really want to meet the characters even if it rains. Is there a link somewhere that gives the rain location of character meets? If no link, can you advise of the approximate locations of the rain meets?

there may be a list around somewhere but here is what I know

some folks who are under cover regularly will meet in the rain if it's not bucking or 'raining sidewise' as a CM told me. We've met Merida in the rain in her area and Tiana in her area when it wasn't raining too hard.

Phineas and Ferb (years ago) we met in a rain location - not sure if it is still one they use - it was an unused theater near where they normally meet - if you're looking at their normal meet / greet location - turn right - go past the Cars characters and the theater is there in front of you and slightly to the left.

Yesterday at HS Sofia and Jake were meeting near the animation area, where The Incredibles usually meet. Instead of walking to the right to go into the building, they were under cover to the left.

We met Gaston under an overhang on the side of Bonjour Gifts during light rain.

If you are unsure, ask a CM with access to a phone to call the character hotline to find the character you are looking for. On a cold December morning we had trouble finding Tiana. This was before they put Tink's nook in Adventureland. We found out she was meeting inside that building. We would have had no idea to look there. But the CM in the Christmas shop called and found out for us she was there.
