Is there a timetable for the railroad which encircles the park? Been on it a few times but never noticed if it did or not.

Also, what time does it start and how long does a full round trip take main street station to main street station?

I don't think there's a time table but iirc they start at main St station from official opening. I never minded but at a guess I would say a circle is 20 minutes maybe closer to 30.
It will depend on how many trains are on when you are there. End of May the train we tried to get on was full but we only waited another 5 minutes as there were 3 trains on I think

Going Oct 1st-4th so will be low season but the start of Halloween month. So def not open for EMH ?

No not for EMH as I'd say it would be on the programme. You could ask in City Hall, they might have a schedule or be able to ask one of the railroad CMs so you won't have to wait ages. That was my favourite time to visit! Few closures plus the Villains will be about the courtyard for meet and greets.

I have never known the railroad to open during EMH, only selected rides in Fantasyland and Discoveryland are open during that time. Last week a round trip took us between 30-40 minutes, trains were arriving roughly every 10 minutes. We used the Fantasyland station as it was much quieter to use to do a lap of the park.
