Hello, quick question(s),

Does the train run during Wishes?? How about during Spectro? Does it run until park closing??

No it doesn't run for either of those events. It closes half an hour to an hour before Wishes.

Since some of the firework fall out zone is over the railroad tracks, they shut it down during Wishes. There was one year (I think 98 or so) where some of the woods back there caught fire during one of the shows.

I don't think the train gets shut down during parades, at least not during SpectroMagic; we used the train to get around SpectroMagic on our last trip rather than fight the crowds trying to get ahead of it, or behind it, to cross at one of the designated CM-monitored crossing areas.

When we were there in September, it was shut down during SpectroMagic. We arrived a few minutes too late to beat the parade down Main Street, so we had to follow all of the people. We did cut through to Adventureland, though, and there was no one over there.

I've caught it from frontierland up to main Street Station during the parade but I think it was right when it started and it was the trains last trip of the night. They stop running 30 minutes before the fireworks start.

It depends on the park hours...

The Train does not run during fireworks (ever...due to the fall out area) but it does run during Spectro. The closing times of the train is kinda tricky here is the way it works...

Scenario 1: If the fireworks are "AT" park closing then the trains will do their last load around the park 1 hour prior to fireworks starting. They will do one full loop, Main Street to Main Street to pick up and then they will also do drop offs back around to Toon Town before pulling back to the roundhouse.

Scenario 2: If there are 2 scheduled Spectros and Fireworks are in between the two then the trains will do an inital Last load 20-30 minutes prior to the fireworks where one train will do one complete loop Main Street to Main Street and then hold at Main Street for fireworks... and the other train will do a half loop Main Street to Town Toon and Hold at Toon Town for Fireworks. Once the tracks have been cleared by the fire marshall they will resume service until park closing time when they will do their last load AT park closing with one last trip around, Main Street to Main Street before being taken to the roundhouse. In this scenario you will see the trains running during both Spectros.

I hope that makes sense. I have worked on the trains for 3 years so it is hard to explain... One of those I do it so I know it, but to explain it sounds kinda confusing...
