I have found two conflicting things on the internet. Does Raglan Road at Downtown disney take the Disney Dining Plan? If so how many credits, also what is their food like..do they have hamburgers etc...I am going with a pretty picky eater. Thanks for any information you can offer, as i have never been here.

I'm not sure about the Dining Plan stuff, but I can say that I really enjoyed my meal at Raglan Road. The menu's a little different though, so it may be tough for a picky eater. There's a burger on the menu with some unique things on it but I'm sure you can get it plain! Here's the dinner menu: http://allears.net/menu/menu_rag.htm

I've tried the fish and chips, beef stew, and heavenly ham and everything was delicious.

Yes they are on the DDP. Not sure about credits. I thought it was 1. I maybe wrong.

The last time we ate at RR it was on the DDP at one credit. If you like seafood, the It's Not Bloomin Chowder is yummy. And Ger's Bread Pudding is the best I've ever had in the World. Or maybe anywhere.

Yes 1 TS on DDP

We've eaten there 3 times and love it.

I'm sure they'd be able to accomodate. eg steak without glaze etc.

Steak with whisky marmalage glaze and Ger's bread pudding was one of my best meals out of 2 weeks on DDP.

Kids menu is good - smaller portions of adult food not the usual disney kids menu

We have eaten here twice and enjoyed it both times. It is 1 credit on the DDP. The food is a bit different, so you should review the menu if you have a picky eater in your group.
They have their own web site which is very good.

Enjoy

RR is an amazing restaurant, I ate there twice in May. It is one credit on the DDP. The sausage forest is very good, great fish and chips, and the pavlova for dessert is divine. Enjoy :thumbsup2

I had the hamburger the other day. It has a slice of ham on it. The food in general is trying to not be stereotypical, and the result is hit or miss. Everything except maybe fish and chips had some unique twist to it that is either going to be loved or hated. We had zero view of the entertainment, so it was one of the more disappointing meals we had.

Raglan Road is not currently on the 2011 dining plan but is expected to join by the end of December.

On the 2010 DDP it is one credit.

They definitely take dining plan - 1 credit each.

We think the food there is lovely - I must have been there 7 or 8 times over the years and have never had a bad meal.

The "heaven on earth" ribs are absolutely lovely if you're into ribs!!

OP, does your picky eater like Tomato soup? If so, the tomato soup here is very good. Most of the entrees are just too much for me so I get a cup of that soup and a side salad and I'm a happy camper.
